2. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be booked online or by contacting us directly.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Health & Safety
Clients must inform their massage therapist of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or other concerns prior to receiving treatment. Imperial Massage for Therapy reserves the right to refuse service if the client’s condition is deemed unsafe for massage.

Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, with full payment due. We maintain a professional, respectful, and safe environment for both clients and staff.

6. Gift Cards & Memberships
Gift cards and memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred. Expiration and usage terms are specified at the time of purchase.

7. Privacy
